Kenzie Roberts, LMHC
Life can be… a lot sometimes. The pressure to have it all figured out, the constant comparison, the shifting identities– whether you're navigating career changes, relationships, parenthood, or simply trying to understand who you are and what you want– it can feel overwhelming and isolating.
Kenzie specializes in working with women in their 20s and 30s who are navigating these in-between seasons of life. Many of her clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and used to holding themselves to high standards, but still find themselves feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
Kenzie’s approach is insight-oriented and collaborative, grounded in narrative therapy while incorporating somatic awareness, acceptance-based work, and a good chunk of humor. Together, you’ll explore the stories you’ve been carrying about yourself, gently challenge the ones that no longer serve you, and reconnect you with a sense of agency and direction.
Kenzie specializes in:
Young Adults + Adults | Women's Issues | Life Transitions | Body Image | Self Esteem | Anxiety + Coping | Somatic Therapy
