Kenzie Roberts, LMHC
Everyone has a story to tell, and deserves a safe space to tell it. As a trauma-informed licensed mental health counselor, Kenzie believes in the healing power of storytelling and its connection to ways that our bodies hold onto memory. Her work centers on helping clients explore the deep connections between past experiences and present patterns, especially those that live within the body.
Kenzie earned her MS in Community Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester in 2023. She has clinical experience across the spectrum of care, including Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Outpatient settings, with a strong foundation in treating eating disorders, body image concerns, and addiction.
Now, her practice focuses on somatic and narrative approaches to support clients navigating identity, life transitions, and body-related issues. As an integrated therapist, Kenzie draws from Narrative Therapy, CBT, RCT, ACT, and Somatic Methods, adapting each session to meet the unique needs of the individual. Kenzie creates a collaborative, compassionate space where clients can reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their stories, and move toward meaningful change.
When she’s not in session, Kenzie enjoys attending yoga classes, curling up with her 3 cats and a good book, or experimenting with new recipes. She can’t wait to meet you!
