Joe is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. He received his M.S. in Mental Health Counseling after graduating from St. John Fisher University. Joe has experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, gender identity, and daily life stressors.

Joe believes in an integrated approach to therapy that incorporates various theories in order to best suit each client. He believes that each person is the expert on themselves and one of his goals is to help you recognize your own strengths and abilities to thrive in your life.

When Joe is not in session, you can find him pursuing his passion as a college-level tennis coach or playing tennis competitively. He enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle as it has taught him many valuable life lessons including patience, mental toughness, and enjoying the present moment.

$120 for a 60-minute session
$135 for a 60-minute couples session
