Beth Peterson (she/her) is a graduate of St. John Fisher University’s Mental Health Counseling Master's program.
Beth’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in person-centered theory. She integrates techniques from Narrative Therapy, Feminist Theory, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to support clients in exploring their identities, understanding their emotions, and building meaningful connections. Beth values the therapeutic relationship and believes that healing begins when people feel truly heard and seen.
Beth has experience working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and relationship challenges. She is especially passionate about helping clients develop self-trust, healthy boundaries, and a stronger sense of self-worth. Beth brings creativity and curiosity into her work.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and channeling her creativity into different forms of art.

Beth’s fees:
$100 for a 50 - 60 minute session
$115 for family and couples’ sessions
If you meet the financial requirements, Beth is able to offer a sliding-scale pricing structure.
Beth is unable to take insurance at this time, but can provide a Superbill for insurance reimbursement.
