she/her

Carle graduated from the Brockport–Nazareth Collaborative MSW Program in 2013. She has gained invaluable experience through more than a decade of work in community mental health and highly respected cancer centers throughout the region.

Carle is an experienced therapist specializing in cancer-related concerns, trauma and medical trauma, anxiety disorders, and OCD. She believes that healing begins with being seen, heard, and truly understood. You do not have to carry life’s challenges alone, and you deserve a space dedicated to your own care, growth, and healing.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of intrusive thoughts, struggling to process a traumatic experience, or navigating the emotional impact of cancer or a medical diagnosis, Carle can help. She works alongside clients to better understand what is keeping them stuck, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, discouraged, or uncertain that things can improve. Together, you will identify a path forward that feels manageable, hopeful, and aligned with your goals.

Carle offers evidence-based treatments, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Inference-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (I-CBT). She is also trained in several additional therapeutic approaches, allowing treatment to be tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Coming from a diverse background herself, Carle values her ability to connect with clients from all walks of life and strives to create an inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive therapeutic environment. She understands the profound emotional impact that cancer, trauma, and anxiety can have on individuals and families.
