Carle specializes in supporting clients navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, cancer-related concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic illness and major life transitions. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. Carle strives to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood as they work toward healing and emotional well-being.

Carle works collaboratively with those experiencing anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD, grief, mood disorders, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and identity exploration to build resilience, strengthen emotional coping skills, and create a greater sense of grounding, clarity, and self-understanding. She also provides affirming support for LGBTQ+ clients and individuals navigating racial identity concerns. Their goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves and move toward a life that feels more manageable, present, and fulfilling.

Carle offers EMDR, IFS, ERP, and Inference-Based CBT. She is also trained in several other models.

Carle’s General Availability:
Tuesday-Thursday 11 am to 5 pm
Fridays 12 pm to 2 pm

Carle’s fees:
$140 for a 50-60 minute individual session
